Please note that all our services are digital top-ups and cannot be returned or refunded once delivered. So, please choose the right top-up with the correct plan before that, as any top-up sent to the customer is not refundable or exchangeable. The reason for this is that once the top-up is delivered, as a third party, we have no permission to return the top-up to the provider.

The top-up credit can’t be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.
